Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow engineers; support their development and career progression.
• Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and senior leaders to set a quarterly roadmap and deliver iteratively.
• Guide technical decisions and promote high-quality code, sound engineering practices, and reliable distributed systems.
• Stay close to the work through design and code reviews, incident leadership, on‑call participation, and troubleshooting when needed.
• Own processes that improve engineering quality and help the team meet service‑level commitments.
• Partner with recruiting to attract and hire strong engineers.
