You will work at the intersection of data engineering, product, and AI-enabled automation, partnering with stakeholders to deliver high-impact data solutions.

The role emphasizes management with hands-on technical guidance to unblock teams, improve data quality, and advance platform capabilities for better deal intelligence.

Qualifications

• Must lead data-intensive product teams at scale.
• Deep knowledge of Python/SQL and backend services for data ecosystems.
• Experience designing ETL/ELT pipelines and data quality systems.
• Strong data modeling, entity resolution, and schema evolution skills.
• Ability to define acceptance criteria and measure outcomes for data/software systems.
• Proven track record in outcome-focused leadership with ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery and people leadership for data products and platform.
• Coach engineers on growth plans and promotions.
• Establish and evolve team practices for planning, execution, and quality.
• Represent Engineering in cross-functional ceremonies with Product/Data/AI/Design.
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term technical health.
• Translate vision into execution plans and measurable outcomes.
• Foster delegation in AI-enabled engineering environments.
• Maintain a culture of high ownership and psychological safety.
