Job summary

NexusOne, headquartered in Atlanta, is seeking an Operations Research Analyst/Data Platform Engineer to optimize its cross-estate data platform. You will apply mathematical modeling and statistical analysis to improve identity management, governance, and data pipeline performance across client deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field and demonstrated analytical/problem-solving abilities.
• Experience applying quantitative methods to data platform challenges.
• Ability to translate quantitative findings into actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and apply mathematical and statistical models to evaluate NexusOne's cross-estate data orchestration layer.
• Define data requirements and validate quantitative information from operational environments.
• Present results to client stakeholders and delivery leadership, translating findings into platform configuration recommendations.
• Collaborate with engineering and client delivery teams to solve complex data operational problems, including legacy modernization and AI readiness.
• Prepare technical and management reports evaluating data problems and recommended NexusOne configurations.
