Job summary

Chase is seeking a Customer Success Manager for Data Platforms to deepen customer relationships and translate product insights into measurable value. You will guide onboarding, drive adoption, and collaborate with product teams to align features with customer needs across our data ecosystem.

You will work with senior stakeholders, track success metrics, and lead AI-enabled workflows to improve productivity, retention, and expansion within a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer success roles in product or technology

Responsibilities

• Drives product adoption, expansion, and retention activities to maintain a healthy customer base
• Conducts regular and proactive account meetings to share best practices and gather feedback on impact of product features
• Guides customers through onboarding and setup according to requirements
• Tracks key success metrics and informs Product team on features and priorities
• Act as primary advocate for data platform users and drive adoption and feedback into roadmap
• Lead adoption of AI-enabled workflows and coordinate program execution across initiatives
• Define and manage metrics and reporting to connect platform outcomes to business impact
• Coordinate timely communications for incidents and updates
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders to drive alignment and informed decisions
