Chase is seeking a Data Scientist for Operations on the Home Lending Data and Analytics team to build automated analytics and AI-driven insights that improve product performance and customer outcomes.

You will partner with product, strategy, and operations teams, apply statistical methods and AI-enabled approaches, and help design measurement frameworks to drive measurable improvements across business dimensions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and 5 years of advanced analytics experience.
• Strong statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, predictive modeling and experimental design.
• Fluent in Python and SQL for data querying, transformation and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, strategy, and operations teams to provide analytical support for Home Lending Operations initiatives and decision-making.
• Apply statistical methods, data analysis, and AI-assisted approaches to improve product performance and customer engagement.
• Develop and refine analytics approaches for ML and trigger capabilities to scale operations.
