Job summary

Chase's Data & Analytics group is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the vision and execution for the Data Quality & Contracts Platform, delivering trusted data and contract lifecycle capabilities at scale.

You will partner with engineering, governance, AI/ML and business teams to embed AI solutions, drive a customer-focused roadmap, and lead end-to-end lifecycle from discovery through launch in a highly matrixed banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Business or related field.
• Experience leading enterprise-grade product life cycles.
• Strong knowledge of data governance and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers.
• Manages discovery, market research, and roadmap integration.
• Owns the product backlog aligned to the strategic roadmap.
• Defines KPIs and tracks cost, features, risk, and reliability.
• Defines and drives the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Data Quality & Contracts Platform.
• Gathers requirements from stakeholders across business, technology, and compliance.
• Leads end-to-end lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
• Collaborates with engineering, UX, governance, and data teams.
