Job summary

Publicis Group is seeking a Data Engineer Manager to shape the data platform roadmap and lead data engineering and AI initiatives. You will design scalable architectures, mentor teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into high-performance solutions.

You will work across AWS and Azure, leverage Databricks and Snowflake, and drive data mesh, data products, and CI/CD practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in architecture design, data engineering, and AI initiatives.
• Experience with Databricks and Snowflake, data lakehouse patterns.
• Proficiency in AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• Strong Python and SQL skills; Java is a plus.
• Hands-on with data pipelines (ETL/ELT, streaming).
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps in data environments.
• Security, governance, and regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership.
