Qualifications

• 10+ years leading data teams powering product decisions.
• 4+ years hiring and managing data professionals.
• Strong proficiency with the Modern Data Stack (Snowflake, dbt, Sigma, Mixpanel).
• Customer-focused mindset balancing quantitative data with qualitative insights.
