Qualifications

• 3-5 years of partnership management or related roles in B2B SaaS.
• Strong relationship-building and credibility with external partners.
• Excellent communication, translating tech to business terms.
• Experience cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other internal teams.
• Data-driven approach to measuring partner health and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of data partners, owning relationships and advocacy within Clay.
• Drive partner success by monitoring health metrics, usage, and satisfaction.
• Advocate internally for partner needs, translating feedback into product insights.
• Enable partner growth through co-marketing opportunities, case studies, and webinars.
• Ensure operational excellence by tracking performance and managing renewals.
