Job summary

BranchLab Inc. is seeking a Data Partnerships Lead to manage the data partner ecosystem behind Pathwai™, focused on privacy-first datasets for healthcare DTC and HCP population modeling.

You will oversee partner sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and expansion across internal and external teams in a fast-moving environment. The role requires 4–7 years in data partnerships or related commercial roles, experience with healthcare data, and strong communication and execution skills to drive

Qualifications

4–7 years in data partnerships or related commercial roles.
Experience with healthcare data, life sciences, or data‑intensive industries.
Ability to evaluate partnerships across strategic, product, technical, privacy, and data-rights considerations.

Responsibilities

Develop partnership strategy aligned to Pathwai’s product roadmap and commercial priorities.
Build and prioritize a pipeline of data, identity, media activation, and measurement partners.
Own partnerships from sourcing and diligence through negotiation, integration, launch and expansion.
Collaborate with Product, Data Science, Engineering, Legal, Privacy, Security, and Commercial teams to convert partner capabilities into value.
