Job Title

Data Operations Manager

Job Description Summary

As part of the Global Service Analytics team, this role is responsible for delivering data operations and data management to support Cushman & Wakefield’s global services analytics platform. Responsibilities include data mapping, analysis, requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, data assessments, governance, tabular model support, and general platform support.

About the Role:

• Lead the data analyst and testing activities, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery, and collaborate with business and global teams to resolve data issues.
• Perform source-to-target data mapping for system integration, including testing.
• Utilize analytics tools such as Alteryx, Azure Databricks, or Python for data transformation, workflow automation, and development of analytical tools.
• Support data quality initiatives by developing metrics, identifying gaps, and automating workflows and audits.
• Assess client data before onboarding, including profiling and analysis of new data sets.
• Evaluate the impact of source system changes and translate business requirements into data requirements.
• Review DAX and data models to ensure alignment with business standards.
• Collaborate to investigate and resolve data issues.
• Create SQL scripts for testing, validation, and data issue investigation, including User Acceptance Testing during product releases.

About You:
