Job summary

Stack AV in the United States is seeking a Data Operations Lead to oversee and scale Mapping, Labeling, and Triage teams as the company expands its autonomous guidance systems. Qualifications

• 10+ years of Operations Management or related experience.
• Experience leading data-centric organizations and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience managing globally distributed vendors or BPO strategies.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to report on business metrics.
• Experience in Autonomous Vehicle or robotics domains is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Data Operations organization across Mapping, Labeling, and Triage.
• Define data ontologies, operator policies, and data specifications with stakeholders.
• Optimize workflows to deliver high-quality data to meet customer needs.
• Oversee vendor relationships including contracts, budgets, and training.
• Drive automation with tooling and infrastructure teams.
• Use data analytics to drive continuous improvement in throughput and quality.
