Job summary

Gerra, Inc. is seeking a Data Operations Lead to build and scale systems for collecting training data from global robot deployments. You will partner with engineering to automate operations and collaborate with customers to ensure data quality and timely delivery.

You will design QA processes, develop playbooks for new data collection scenarios, and lead remote teams to drive operational metrics and SLAs across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or program management.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and move fast.
• Experience managing remote teams or distributed workforces.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a global network of data collection operators.
• Design quality assurance processes to ensure data meets customer specifications.
• Develop operational playbooks for new data collection scenarios.
• Work with engineering to automate manual processes.
• Manage relationships with data collection partners.
• Track and report on operational metrics and SLAs.
