Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading data-centric operations teams.
• Experience directing globally distributed vendor teams.
• Architect and scale complex data-driven workflows.
• Strong data analysis and metrics reporting.
• AV/Robotics experience is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of ML training for perception and HD mapping.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Data Operations org across mapping, labeling, and triage.
• Define standard data ontologies, operator policies, and data specs with stakeholders.
• Optimize workflows to deliver high-volume, quality labels, maps, and triage annotations.
• Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, budgets, training, and policy adherence.
• Drive automation by partnering with tooling and infrastructure teams.
• Use data analytics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in throughput and quality.
