Job summary

Woven by Toyota is seeking a software engineer to build and operate scalable production pipelines translating autonomous vehicle sensor data into high-value labels with HD maps.

You will join the Data & Labeling Services team, work across data engineering, workflow orchestration, and geospatial algorithms, and own end-to-end features from design to release. A growth mindset and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MS/PhD preferred).
• 3+ years of professional software development experience building backend services and data pipelines.
• Strong Python skills and SQL basics.
• Proficiency with Git in a collaborative workflow.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and Docker; familiarity with CI/CD (GitHub Actions).
• Demonstrated passion for backend software development and data engineering; strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize end-to-end data pipelines that ingest vehicle data and localize against HD maps.
• Develop and maintain scalable production pipelines and workflow orchestration for long-running jobs.
• Collaborate with ML, perception, and data teams to design data models, tooling, and accessible insights.
