Job summary

H Mart is seeking a Data Operations Coordinator to oversee daily invoicing workflows and maintain accurate records within our ERP system. You will ensure timely processing of invoices, credits, and re-issues while supporting monthly close activities and onboarding new associates.

The role requires 1–3 years of administrative experience, proficiency in English and Korean, and familiarity with ERP systems. A BA/AS degree is preferred, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered including

Qualifications

• Associate or BA in Business Administration, Trade, Logistics or similar preferred.
• 1-3 years of administrative experience.
• General computer proficiency.
• General understanding of ERP systems. Comfort with numerical accuracy and daily close routines.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in English and Korean (Reading, Writing, Verbal).
• Prior experience in an ERP system preferred.
• Prior billing / AR / AP / clerical experience.
• Basic accounting knowledge (debits/credits, AR aging).

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily invoicing queue — assign, track, and follow up on open items.
• Process routine invoicing, credit memos, and re-issues in the ERP.

• Maintain organized records and simple performance reports (volume, turnaround, error rate).
• Support monthly close activities with routine reports.
• Onboard Associates and answer routine procedural questions.
