H Mart is seeking a detail-oriented MDM Data Integration Specialist to bridge order management systems with field operations, ensuring seamless ERP data flow across our stores and distribution network.

You will manage store and inter-company orders, verify details, coordinate with Buying, Warehouse, and Transportation teams, and ensure timely fulfillment while maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• BA in Business Administration, Trade, Logistics or similar.
• 3-5 years of administrative experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Attention to detail with ability to manage high daily order volume.
• English and Korean language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking).
• Experience in retail, grocery, distribution, or logistics.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process daily store and inter-company orders in the ERP system.
• Verify order details and inventory availability before release.
• Coordinate with Buying, Warehouse, and Transportation teams to resolve order issues.
• Communicate order status to partners and vendors as needed.
• Track open orders and flag delays to supervisors.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on order volume and exceptions.

H Mart is seeking a detail-oriented MDM Data Integration Specialist to drive our core supply chain operations. In this role, you will be the bridge between our order management systems and field operations, ensuring seamless ERP data flow across retail stores and regional distribution networks. You will accurately manage customer and store order integration, resolve data discrepancies, and collaborate directly with our buying, warehouse, and logistics teams to guarantee timely fulfillment across our growing enterprise.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Enter and process daily store, and inter-company orders in the ERP system.
• Verify order details (item, quantity, pricing, ship-to, delivery date) and confirm inventory availability before releasing.
• Coordinate with Buying, Warehouse, and Transportation teams to resolve order exceptions (short-ships, substitutions, delivery windows).
• Communicate order status updates to internal partners and, when needed, to vendors or stores.
• Track and follow up on open orders; flag delays or bottlenecks to the supervisor.
• Prepare simple daily / weekly reports on order volume, turnaround time, and exceptions.
• Maintain accurate order records and supporting documentation for audit and reference.

Education and Requirements:

• BA in Business Administration, Trade, Logistics or similar
• 3-5 years of administrative experience
• General computer proficiency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• General understanding of ERP systems
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize a high volume of daily orders
• Proficiency in English and Korean (Reading, Writing, Verbal)
• Prior experience in an ERP system
• Experience in retail, grocery, wholesale distribution, or logistics.
