Canoe Intelligence in New York City is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Data Operations Team. You will apply your private market data expertise to build, define, and execute our product and service offerings while ensuring data quality and scalable operations.

You will collaborate with onshore and offshore teams, support workflow management, and work with Product Managers to shape the future roadmap, owning core functionality and delivering accurate client deliverables.

• Operational mindset and organized approach to remote or hybrid work settings.
• Attention to detail is essential for clean, reliable data foundations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work across teams and time zones.
• Comfort with ambiguity in fast-paced environments and evolving product questions.
• Basic familiarity with Excel and data handling; SQL exposure is a bonus.

Mansioni

• Assist in intake, review, and processing of LP documents to move through the pipeline.
• Review automated outputs, triage exceptions, and resolve issues with senior operations staff.
• Reconcile extraction data against source documents to ensure accuracy and consistency across deliverables.
• Become a subject matter expert for private market data points and support data enrichment.
• Identify process improvements and document operational rules for cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with Data, Product, and Engineering teams to address operational needs and roadmaps.
• Prepare operational summaries and data quality reports for client communications and onboarding.
