Job summary

Canoe Intelligence is seeking a Data Analyst, Asset Data to join the hybrid team in NYC or Jacksonville. You will manage asset data workflows, ensure data quality, and support the data product with insights and standardization.

You will work with onshore and offshore teams, partnering with Asset Data leadership and Product Managers to shape the product roadmap and drive operational excellence. This role emphasizes data accuracy and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in fund operations, fund administration, private market data, or related financial services role.
• Strong familiarity with asset-level data points including cost basis, valuations, operating metrics.
• Comfortable working with structured data in Excel; exposure to SQL is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Support Asset Data Processing Workflows: assist in intake, review, and processing of asset-level data to ensure timely pipeline movement.
• Monitor automated outputs, identify processing exceptions, and coordinate resolution with senior operations staff.
• Deliver quality by reconciling extraction data against source documents and maintaining client deliverables.
• Be the SME for asset data points and support manipulation and enrichment of such data.
• Own data quality and standardization across the platform.
• Collaborate with Data, Product, and Engineering teams to communicate needs and roadmap discussions.
