Qualifications

• Successful completion of a 2-year associate degree with an IT/Networking/Telecommunications focus.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in complex Data Network functions.
• Valid state-issued and insurable driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, install, test, troubleshoot, and monitor networks and systems.
• Monitor and provision customer access equipment using NMS and related tools.
• Coordinate tasks, technicians, and materials for required jobs.
• Troubleshoot network issues and dispatch as needed.
• Support staff and customers with troubleshooting, hardware setup, and software issues.
