Job summary

Qualifications

• Active security clearance with polygraph required.
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field or related discipline plus 10 years systems engineering experience; 14 years without degree.
• Willing to work in the Annapolis Junction area.
• Ability to interface with customers and stakeholders; translate vague requirements into actionable tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering and project management to support data modernization efforts.
• Act as the contract's face for a critical effort with the customer.
• Identify, capture and service new and sometimes ambiguous requirements; prioritize tasks.
• Lead release planning, sprint reviews, Scrum of Scrums, and Git workflow management.
