Required TS/SCI with Polygraph and 8+ years of related experience, plus strong Agile/SAFe and DevSecOps expertise. The role partners with government sponsors to deliver mission‑critical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline; Master’s preferred.
• TS/SCI with Polygraph required; 8+ years related experience.
• 3+ years in a fast-paced Agile development environment.
• Experience leading teams and strategic initiatives on complex software programs.
• Hands-on understanding of AI/ML‑enabled solutions and production integration.
• Strong background in Agile/SAFe and DevSecOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic technical changes across a six-task order software portfolio.
• Rationalize portfolio, guide AI insertion, and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee transitions of legacy work to new platforms with cost, schedule and performance oversight.
• Collaborate with sponsor and stakeholders to align architecture with mission objectives.
• Create and maintain all technical CDRLs and ensure secure, auditable outcomes.
