Job summary

ELEVI Associates is seeking an Enterprise Services & Cloud Transition Engineer Mid Level in Annapolis Junction, MD. The role requires an active FS polygraph clearance and long-term experience leading Systems Engineering efforts for large enterprises or federal environments.

You will help engineer, support, and optimize enterprise-grade services, monitor performance, troubleshoot complex issues across Windows, VDI, and cloud platforms, and drive service improvements while supporting cloud

Qualifications

Current or active FS polygraph security clearance required.
Willingness to work in the Annapolis Junction, MD area.
Over 19+ years of demonstrated Systems Engineering planning and leadership experience.
Bachelor's degree in a related field; five years SE substitution allowed for degree.

Responsibilities

Engineer, support, and optimize enterprise-grade services across large-scale environments.
Monitor service performance, availability, and reliability; ensure SLAs are met.
Troubleshoot complex issues across Windows, identity, VDI, monitoring, and cloud platforms.
Drive continual service improvement through root-cause analysis and performance tuning.
Support cloud transition initiatives, including re-platforming and modernization of on-prem services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of enterprise services.
Implement and maintain enterprise monitoring solutions for proactive detection and remediation.
Document engineering processes, configurations, and operational procedures.
