Responsibilities

• Engineer, support, and optimize enterprise‑grade services across large‑scale environments.
• Monitor service performance, availability, and reliability; ensure adherence to SLAs.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across Windows, identity, VDI, monitoring, and cloud platforms.
• Drive continual service improvement through root‑cause analysis and performance tuning.
• Support cloud transition initiatives, including re‑platforming and modernization of on‑prem services.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of enterprise services.
• Implement and maintain enterprise monitoring solutions for proactive detection and remediation.
• Document engineering processes, configurations, and operational procedures.
