Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Proven success leading system migrations, process optimization, and projects with external dependencies.
• Strong stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and facilitation skills.
• Expertise with MS Project and Jira.
• Proficiency with Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
• PMP certification preferred; Agile/Scrum certifications highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of system migration and process improvement initiatives.
• Manage retirement of a legacy system and migration to an enterprise database platform.
• Develop and execute project plans including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor progress, manage dependencies, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure minimal disruption and data integrity during transition.
• Drive process optimization and improve SLA performance.
• Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify and mitigate risks; develop contingency plans.
• Lead teams through influence and workshops for stakeholder adoption.
