Job summary

The Eliassen Group is seeking an IT Project Manager II to lead cross-functional IT and Supply Chain initiatives in a hybrid role based in Charlotte, NC. You will drive delivery on-time, within scope and budget, using Agile methodologies and strong stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities include managing multiple projects, maintaining roadmaps, mitigating risks, and aligning IT/data teams with business priorities to optimize processes and data-driven solutions in a complex enterprise

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in IT and/or Supply Chain.
• PMP or ACP certification is highly desirable.
• Strong proficiency in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and PM tools.
• PMI-ACP or PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple IT/SC projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Apply Agile methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor progress.
• Oversee change control and manage impacts to scope and cost.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and remove impediments to delivery.
• Prepare progress reports and executive updates.
