Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management or transformation experience.
• Experience within financial services or a regulated environment.
• Ability to work hybrid 3 days onsite in Charlotte, NC or Des Moines, IA.

Responsibilities

• Lead wave-based migrations for project execution.
• Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and communication.
• Support planning for contact center applications and cloud solutions.
