Job summary

Strada Global is seeking a Data Migration Lead to oversee country-level data migrations within payroll implementations. You will lead migration activities, coordinate resources, and ensure data quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires expertise in HRIS systems (Workday, SAP HCM, Oracle, Peoplesoft) and strong Excel/ETL skills, with travel as needed. This is a client-facing, leadership-focused position in a global firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Willing to work in shifts and travel for business.
• Team player with leadership experience.
• Knowledge of HRIS concepts and Payroll data migration processes.
• Functional HRIS tech: Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, SAP HCM, Peoplesoft, and Payroll (SAP PY/FT/FIORI).
• Advanced Excel, MS Access, or similar tools; ETL familiarity.
• Passport and willingness to travel for business.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver data migration activities for a country within payroll implementations.
• Coordinate DM Support resources and run migration workshops.
• Validate, reconcile, and resolve data issues; support testing and deployment.
• Report progress to the Workstream Lead and manage risks and issues.
