Strada Global is seeking a Data Migration Lead to oversee country-level data migrations within payroll implementations. You will lead migration activities, coordinate resources, and ensure data quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires expertise in HRIS systems (Workday, SAP HCM, Oracle, Peoplesoft) and strong Excel/ETL skills, with travel as needed. This is a client-facing, leadership-focused position in a global firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Willing to work in shifts and travel for business.
• Team player with leadership experience.
• Knowledge of HRIS concepts and Payroll data migration processes.
• Functional HRIS tech: Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, SAP HCM, Peoplesoft, and Payroll (SAP PY/FT/FIORI).
• Advanced Excel, MS Access, or similar tools; ETL familiarity.
• Passport and willingness to travel for business.
• Good command of English.

Working closely with clients and project teams, the DM Lead ensures data is migrated accurately, on time, and in line with agreed quality standards and project requirements.The role involves managing day-to-day migration activities, coordinating DM Support resources, providing guidance to clients, and reporting progress to the Workstream Lead. As a key client-facing role, the DM Lead is expected to recommend the most suitable solutions, drive issue resolution, and ensure successful delivery of all country-level migration deliverables. Typically, the role requires prior experience as a DM Support or in a similar data migration position.DM Lead – ResponsibilitiesThe DM Lead is responsible for delivering data migration activities for a country, ensuring compliance with project standards, timelines, and quality requirements. The role includes executing data migration cycles, managing data validation and reconciliation, resolving data issues, and supporting testing and deployment activities.The DM Lead works closely with clients and project teams, leads migration workshops and discussions, communicates data requirements, and supports data quality and cleansing activities.
