Job summary

SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental, LLC (SSE) is seeking a mid-level Data Management Specialist to support Civil Engineering data management at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. The role focuses on maintaining, validating, organizing, and analyzing data used for asset management and facility planning.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders while upholding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution in the United States.
• Minimum of 5 years of data management or related experience.
• Experience maintaining, validating, analyzing, and reporting data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Must complete Tier 1 background investigation and obtain CAC.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Civil Engineering data and databases supporting facility, infrastructure, asset management, and project requirements.
• Review, validate, and reconcile data for accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Perform data entry, data analysis, QA/QC activities.
• Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and other data products for Civil Engineering operations.
• Support data calls and recurring reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, planners, project managers to collect data.
• Assist with improving data-management processes and documentation.
• Maintain organized electronic records per requirements.

SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental, LLC (SSE) is a government contracting and consulting firm supporting military installations and federal agencies across the nation. SSE is seeking a Data Management Specialist (Mid-Level) to support our ongoing mission with the 647 Civil Engineering Squadron (CES) at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii.

The Data Management Specialist will support Civil Engineering data management activities, including maintaining, validating, organizing, and analyzing data used to support installation asset management, facility and infrastructure planning, and operational decision-making.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain and update Civil Engineering data and databases supporting facility, infrastructure, asset management, and project requirements.
• Review, validate, and reconcile data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across applicable systems.
• Perform data entry, data analysis, quality assurance, and quality control activities.
• Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with appropriate stakeholders to research and resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain reports, spreadsheets, tables, and other data products supporting Civil Engineering operations.
• Support data calls, recurring reporting requirements, and other requests for information.
• Coordinate with engineers, planners, project managers, and other Civil Engineering personnel to collect and maintain required data.
• Assist with improving data-management processes, procedures, and documentation.
• Maintain organized electronic records and supporting documentation in accordance with applicable requirements.

What You Bring:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution within the United States.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant data management, information management, or related experience.
• Experience maintaining, validating, analyzing, and reporting data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Must be able to successfully complete the required Tier 1 background investigation and obtain/maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).

Preferred:

• Experience supporting military or federal Civil Engineering, facility, infrastructure, or asset-management data.
• Experience with Air Force Civil Engineering data systems or related database platforms.
