Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of program or portfolio management experience.
• Ability to drive prioritization discipline in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong executive reporting and portfolio governance skills.
• PMP, PgMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience with AI/ML delivery patterns is a plus; execution discipline matters.

Responsibilities

• Translate steering committee-approved strategy into an executable roadmap.
• Own intake, prioritization, and sequencing of initiatives across AI model types.
• Run portfolio governance with status reporting and risk tracking.
• Monitor AI performance and ROI across operating groups.
• Maintain a rolling 2–3 year roadmap aligned with governance.
