• Support the goals and philosophy of the Department of Nursing and the assigned unit

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• One to two years of previous work-related experience
• Licensure required as a Registered Nurse by the State of New Jersey
• Required department-specific orientation
• Department-specific certifications such as Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 1 year of hire
• Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications must be granted through the American Heart Association
• Analytical skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment, attention to detail, and problem resolution
