Job summary

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within nursing and inter-professional teams to deliver safe, compassionate, coordinated care.
• Act as a primary preceptor for appropriate staff members.
• Pursue continued professional growth and give and receive feedback.

Requirements

• Specialized Diploma graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
• BLS (Basic Life Support) from American Heart Association or Red Cross
• Licensed Registered Nurse in New Jersey required
• Active RN license required in state of practice
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered practice

• Previous RN experience in critical care, emergency department, Interventional Radiology and/or Cath Lab
• Ability to lift and carry 40–50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk frequently to continuously
• Ability to perform kneeling, bending, squatting, and CPR as required
