Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Registered Nurse in New Jersey to provide patient- and family-centered nursing care using the nursing process. You will develop individualized plans of care with patients and care partners and collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include integrating evidence-based practice, educating patients and families, and participating in safety and quality initiatives. Strong communication and cultural awareness are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey.
• BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• Minimum of two years Med/Surg/Tele nursing experience; float/resource nursing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered practice.
• Effective communication and respectful delegation skills.
• Cultural awareness and ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
• BSN, completion of BSN, or appropriate advanced degree within 3 years of hire strongly preferred.
