Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Data Management Manager to lead the governance and operation of patient-level data assets, ensuring secure access and compliant handling. You will partner with Marketing, Decision Sciences, DTI, and external vendors to support data aggregation and integration across marketing and third-party sources.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, governance, and delivering end-to-end data solutions for consumer journey analytics that enhance patient and HCP experiences.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or equivalent and extensive data management experience in patient or media marketing data required.
• Strong understanding of data governance, privacy and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data governance by collaborating with cross functional teams, conduct data exploration and analysis, lead implementation and operation of technology and infrastructure.
• Coordinate with vendors for data onboarding and integration for new or approved use cases.
