The Data Management Lead supports configuration control, data management, and deficiency reporting. This role involves working on problems of moderate to substantial complexity. Responsibilities include describing tools, technologies, applications, and practices for collecting, integrating, analyzing, and presenting raw data from the ECW. The role also involves becoming a citizen developer, collaborating with Contact Center, Billing, Enrollment leadership, and IT to identify AI and RPA opportunities, and building and maintaining BOTs. The Lead validates benefits from solutions and advises operational leadership on strategies specific to billing and enrollment, supporting enterprise goals.

Key Accountabilities

1. 50% - Attend and become a citizen developer. Collaborate with leadership and IT, identify AI and RPA opportunities, and build/maintain BOTs.
2. 25% - Analyze, coordinate, and resolve complex issues related to eligibility, enrollment, billing, claims, referrals/authorizations, network operations, access to care, and TRICARE policies.
3. 25% - Advise executives on developing functional strategies, exercise independent judgment on complex issues, and determine the best course of action.

Required Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required due to Department of Defense contract
• Interim approval for security clearance (NBIS)
• Not authorized to work in Puerto Rico; must reside outside PR
• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years healthcare experience
• 2+ years project leadership experience
• Experience building and maintaining analytic data sets
• Knowledge of ad-hoc query tools and data repositories
• 2 years SQL experience
• Experience with large healthcare data sets

Work at Home Requirements

• Minimum internet speed: 25 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload
• Wireless, wired cable, or DSL recommended; satellite or cellular only if approved
• Home internet reimbursement for certain states
• Provided telephone equipment
• Dedicated workspace to protect PHI/HIPAA

Occasional travel to offices may be required.

Pay Range

$106,900 - $147,000 annually, based on location and experience. Eligible for bonuses based on performance.
