The Data Management Lead supports configuration control, data management, and deficiency reporting. The role involves working on problems of moderate to substantial complexity. Responsibilities include describing tools, technologies, applications, and practices used to collect, integrate, analyze, and present raw data. The role also involves attending and becoming a citizen developer, collaborating with leadership and IT, identifying AI and RPA opportunities, building and maintaining BOTs, validating benefits, and advising on strategic matters related to billing and enrollment.
