Base pay range

$106,900.00/yr - $147,000.00/yr

The Data Management Lead supports configuration control, data management, and deficiency reporting. The role involves working on problems of moderate to substantial complexity. Responsibilities include describing tools, technologies, applications, and practices used to collect, integrate, analyze, and present raw data. The role also involves attending and becoming a citizen developer, collaborating with leadership and IT, identifying AI and RPA opportunities, building and maintaining BOTs, validating benefits, and advising on strategic matters related to billing and enrollment.

Key Accountabilities:

• Attend and become a citizen developer; collaborate with leadership and IT; identify AI and RPA opportunities; build and maintain BOTs.
• Analyze, coordinate, and resolve multifaceted problems related to healthcare processes.
• Advise executives on strategic matters; exercise independent judgment on complex issues.

Required Qualifications:

• U.S. citizenship (Department of Defense contract requirement)
• Interim security clearance approval (NBIS)
• Not residing in Puerto Rico
• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years healthcare experience
• 2+ years project leadership
• Experience building and maintaining analytic data sets
• Knowledge of ad-hoc query tools and data repositories
• 2 years SQL experience
• Experience with large healthcare datasets

Work From Home Requirements:

• Minimum internet speeds: 25 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload
• Approved connection types; satellite, cellular, microwave only if approved
• Bi-weekly internet expense allowance for residents in CA, IL, MT, SD
• Provided telephone equipment
• Dedicated space to protect PHI/HIPAA info

Travel may be required for training or meetings.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Pay Range: $106,900 - $147,000 annually, with potential bonuses based on performance.
