Job summary

Madison Avenue Securities is seeking a detail-oriented data professional to maintain accuracy and integrity of client and account data. The role combines data management, research, reporting, and process improvement, with opportunities to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

You will review incoming data, resolve missing or inconsistent records, reconcile data, and work with Salesforce and other vendors to improve data across systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services.
• Experience in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Analytical mindset with a natural curiosity for understanding how and why issues occur.
• Ability to research, troubleshoot, and resolve data-related issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate incoming client and account data for accuracy and completeness.
• Research and resolve missing, incomplete, or inconsistent records.
• Reconcile and maintain client data, including consolidation and removal of duplicate or outdated records.
• Partner with department leaders to identify root causes of data issues and develop sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with Salesforce and other vendor partners to standardize and improve data across systems.
• Document data processes, system changes, and updates from external data providers.
• Prepare and distribute required client communications.

• Salary range $55,000-$68,000 annually
