Job Description
This role will support analysis, reconciliation, and validation of brokerage data to support accurate investment performance reporting to clients and advisors, keeping client /advisor escalations to a minimum while further contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Become well-versed of in-house and vendor systems for research and problem solving.
Analyze summary and exception information from reconciliation reporting.
Document metrics based on reporting results.
Use findings to generate recommendations for internal and external partners.
Transmit reporting exceptions to vendor for client website updates.
Validate client website updates.
Document processes or reporting enhancements.
Resolve or help resolve client and advisor escalations or other immediate ad hoc requests.
Maintain effective and trusting relationships with key business partners.
Provide support to small to medium sized projects.
Engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Cost Basis, Clearing Tax Reporting, Tax Quality, and Output Processing, to support projects, process improvements, issue resolution, and organizational priorities.
Required Qualifications
Education: Associate degree or equivalent.
Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience.
