Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced Data Load Lead to manage and execute data loading activities into SAP MDG and SAP systems from both SAP and non-SAP source systems. The role involves leading end-to-end data migration processes, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and successful delivery of data loads in line with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading activities.
• Manage data migration cycles, mock loads, cutover, and production deployments.
• Ensure data quality, reconciliation, and compliance with governance standards.
• Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to define and validate data requirements.
• Resolve data load issues and provide timely status updates to stakeholders.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in data migration/data load projects, with experience in a lead role.
• Strong expertise in SAP MDG, SAP ECC/S/4HANA, and data migration methodologies.
• Experience loading data from SAP and non-SAP source systems.
• Knowledge of migration tools such as SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services, or equivalent.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $67.03/hour - $104.74/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
