Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced SAP Cloud ALM Consultant to lead end-to-end implementation and adoption of SAP Cloud ALM for a large SAP transformation program in New York City. The consultant will be embedded at the client site and serve as the primary advisor for ALM capabilities across testing, monitoring, operations and governance.

The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of SAP Cloud ALM, SAP S/4HANA programs, SAP Activate, and stakeholder management across business and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years SAP experience, with at least 3 years in SAP Cloud ALM.
• Hands-on experience implementing SAP Cloud ALM for enterprise SAP programs.
• Experience with SAP S4HANA implementations and migrations.
• Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP Cloud ALM for SAP transformation programs.
• Configure and maintain SAP Cloud ALM tenants, landscape setup, user access, and authorizations.
• Define and configure project templates, workflows, milestones, and reporting structures.
• Integrate SAP Cloud ALM with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, and SAP Integration Suite.
• Act as onsite Cloud ALM SME for client and project teams.
• Support SAP Activate adoption and manage requirements, user stories, risks, and changes.

We are seeking an experienced SAP Cloud ALM Consultant to lead and support the end to end implementation configuration and adoption of SAP Cloud ALM for a large enterprise SAP transformation program The consultant will be embedded at the client location and act as the primary advisor for SAP Cloud ALM capabilities across implementation testing monitoring operations and project governance The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of SAP Cloud ALM SAP S4HANA programs SAP Activate methodology Application Lifecycle Management processes and stakeholder management across business and IT organizations

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the endtoend implementation of SAP Cloud ALM for SAP transformation programs
• Configure and maintain SAP Cloud ALM tenants landscape setup user access and authorizations
• Establish project governance requirements management task management and deployment processes within Cloud ALM
• Define and configure project templates workflows milestones and reporting structures
• Integrate SAP Cloud ALM with SAP S4HANA SAP BTP SAP SuccessFactors SAP Ariba SAP Integration Suite and other SAP solutions as required

Project Execution Delivery:

• Act as the onsite Cloud ALM Subject Matter Expert SME for client and project teams
• Support SAP Activate methodology adoption through Cloud ALM implementation capabilities
• Configure and manage Requirements User Stories Project Tasks Risks Issues and Change Requests
• Establish project dashboards KPIs status reporting and governance processes
• Facilitate workshops to align business and technical teams on ALM processes and best practices

Test Management:

• Design and implement test management processes within SAP Cloud ALM
• Support test preparation test execution tracking defect management and reporting
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing UAT Integration Testing and Regression Testing activities
• Develop test reporting dashboards and metrics for project leadership

Operations Monitoring:

• Configure Business Process Monitoring Health Monitoring Integration Monitoring and Job Monitoring
• Define monitoring thresholds alerts and operational dashboards
• Support transition from project implementation to production operations
• Assist support teams in establishing proactive monitoring and incident management processes

Stakeholder Management:

• Work closely with client executives PMO SAP architects functional teams Basis Security and Integration teams
• Provide recommendations on ALM governance operational excellence and SAP best practices
• Conduct client training sessions and knowledge transfer workshops
• Present implementation status risks issues and recommendations to program leadership
• Identify opportunities to improve project delivery and operational efficiency using Cloud ALM capabilities
• Recommend process optimizations and automation opportunities
• Keep current with SAP Cloud ALM roadmap and new functionality releases

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Engineering or related field
• 8 years of SAP experience with at least 3 years specializing in SAP Cloud ALM
• Hands-on experience implementing SAP Cloud ALM for enterprise SAP programs
• Experience supporting SAP S4HANA implementations and migrations
• Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology
• Experience with SAP project delivery testing release management and operations
• Excellent client facing communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently with executive stakeholders and project leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP Solution Manager migration or transition to SAP Cloud ALM
• Knowledge of SAP BTP SAP Integration Suite SAP SuccessFactors SAP Ariba and SAP Analytics Cloud
• Experience in regulated industries such as Banking Financial Services Healthcare or Utilities
• SAP certifications related to SAP S4HANA SAP Activate or SAP Cloud ALM
