Job summary

Capgemini seeks an experienced SAP Procurement/Logistics Lead to drive a global SAP rollout program. You will design, configure and deploy SAP S/4HANA procurement and logistics processes across regions, aligning with global standards while meeting local requirements.

You will lead end-to-end activities including fit-gap, data migration, training and cutover, ensuring best practices and robust PMO governance across multi-country deployments.

We are seeking an experienced SAP Procurement/Logistics Lead to support and drive a global SAP rollout program. The role is responsible for designing, configuring, and deploying SAP procurement and logistics processes across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with global standards while addressing local business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Procurement and Logistics solutions, including SAP MM, Ariba, EWM, and Transportation Management.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and define future-state processes.

Manage end-to-end project activities including configuration, testing, data migration, training, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Drive Procure-to-Pay (P2P), inventory management, warehouse operations, supplier management, and logistics execution processes.

Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, enhancements, and reporting.

Ensure adherence to SAP best practices while optimizing business processes and improving operational efficiency.

Requires 6-8+ years of SAP consulting experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and experience leading full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.

Lead SAP global rollout activities for Procurement and Logistics processes.

Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

Configure and support SAP MM and related logistics modules.

Coordinate fit-gap workshops, process design, testing, training, and cutover activities.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, regional teams, and system integrators.

Ensure adoption of global templates and best practices across countries.

Support data migration, integration testing, and post-go-live stabilization.

Manage issues, risks, and change requests during rollout phases.

6-8+ years of experience in SAP Procurement/Logistics implementations and support.

Strong expertise in SAP MM and integration with Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Finance processes.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA 2 global rollout projects.

Strong stakeholder management and business process knowledge.

Experience leading workshops and managing cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience in multi-country/global deployments.

SAP certification in MM or S/4HANA Procurement.

Knowledge of SAP Ariba, EWM, or TM is an asset.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $47.15/hour - $73.68/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
