Qualifications

• 7+ years of presales/customer-facing technical experience.
• Experience engaging in complex customer interactions and sales lifecycle in a technical pre-sales capacity.
• Ability to influence decision-makers and executives by building relationships and leading teams.
• Experience coding in Python, Java, or Scala and willingness to learn Spark.
• Hands-on with PoCs and public cloud platforms.
• Willing to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer engagement strategies with Account Executives in your designated territory.
• Coach junior Solutions Architects and teams on use case prioritization.
• Influence stakeholders across the cloud ecosystem and 3rd party applications.
• Champion customers and colleagues as an expert solution architect for data analytics architecture and adoption of the Data Intelligence Platform.
• Create customer-facing collateral and lead workshops, seminars, and meet-ups.
• Grow in tracks: technical specialization, industry thought leadership, strategic customer vision, and people management.
