Job summary

HealthEdge is seeking a Manager, Principal Consultants to lead the GPS CareSolutions Principal Consultant team, the senior practitioner tier on GuidingCare implementations. This role provides leadership, performance oversight and career development for a high-impact delivery group.

The position requires extensive GuidingCare delivery expertise, cross-functional collaboration with Directors and PMs, and a strong emphasis on mentoring, delivery standards and client engagement in a hybrid/remote US

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare technology delivery, with GuidingCare implementations spanning care management, UM, A&G and data integration domains
• 4+ years of supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of four Principal Consultants, providing performance coaching and day-to-day leadership
• Serve as the organizational point of accountability for delivery quality, capacity utilization and client engagement standards
• Coordinate Principal Consultant assignments across active engagements to align expertise with client needs
• Partner with Directors, Delivery Managers and Project Managers to deploy on high-complexity, high-risk workstreams
• Mentor and develop direct reports through structured 1:1s and growth planning
• Represent the Principal Consultant practice in planning, governance and leadership forums
• Identify gaps in practice methodology and drive continuous improvement initiatives
