Job summary

TrueAccord, a subsidiary of TrueML, seeks an Account Servicing Specialist to drive data integrity and operational accuracy. You will independently resolve complex account discrepancies, manage multi-system data flows, and ensure inventory reconciliation to support rapid growth.

The role requires 2+ years in back-office/receivable environments, advanced Excel skills, and strong data analysis. This onsite position in Lenexa offers a 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m. schedule, with a starting class in October.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of back-office or accounts receivable experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced) and Google applications.
• Strong data analysis and reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and reconcile data to resolve inventory balances and discrepancies.
• Manage high-volume operations and maintain low error rates.
• Navigate multi-system workflows to input data and audit records.
• Protect confidential information and ensure policy compliance.
• Drive quality assurance with internal audits and compliant responses.
