TrueAccord, a subsidiary of TrueML, seeks an Account Servicing Specialist in Lenexa, KS. You will be the analytical engine ensuring data integrity, reconciling complex accounts, and managing multi-system data flows to support rapid growth.

The role emphasizes on-site collaboration and accurate payment processing with a <1% error rate. The position requires 2+ years in back-office, accounts receivable, or similar environments, strong Excel and Google apps skills, and excellent written/verbal

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in back-office, accounts receivable, or complex environments with a strong grasp of reconciliation processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze & Reconcile Data: Identify defects in client reports, resolve inventory balances, missing transactions, and file processing exceptions with precision.
• Manage High-Volume Operations: Triage daily correspondence, client requests, and management reports while maintaining a low payment processing error rate below 1%.
• Navigate Multi-System Workflows: Operate across multiple internal and external systems to input data, resolve discrepancies, and audit records.
• Protect Sensitive Information: Handle confidential client materials with discretion and in compliance with policies.
• Drive Quality Assurance: Perform internal audit procedures and deliver compliant, high-quality responses to stakeholders.
