AltaMed Health Services Corp. is hiring a Data Integrity Coordinator to join the Development Operations team in a hybrid role based in Commerce, CA.

You will ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of donor and constituent data across Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge NXT, and related systems. You will audit data, resolve quality issues, manage imports, and support testing and governance processes to enable informed decision-making and strong donor stewardship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven data management experience with CRM databases or fundraising systems.
• Experience supporting Advancement Operations, Healthcare Foundation, Higher Education, or nonprofit organizations preferred.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Kindsight Ascend, Salesforce CRM, Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge, or similar systems.

The role is best supported by a detail-oriented, analytical professional who is passionate about data quality, data completeness, and enforcement of data standards while optimizing business processes and driving continuous improvement and plays a critical role in supporting effective fundraising operations. The Data Integrity Coordinator supports the daily operation and enhancement of development systems including Salesforce CRM, Kindsight Ascend, Marketing Cloud, and Raiser’s Edge NXT by performing data audits, identifying and resolving data quality issues, executing batch data imports, managing data quality via reports and queries, leading user acceptance testing, and ensuring adherence to established data governance standards.
