Job summary

Community Solutions Inc. (CSI) seeks a Data & Compliance Specialist for The Learning Institute in Southington, CT or a hybrid role with the San Bernardino, CA team.

The position ensures data accuracy, integrity, and usability across information systems and supports audits, accreditation reviews, and funder monitoring. The role develops reports and dashboards, improves data workflows, and collaborates with program leadership to translate data into actionable insights for program oversight and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data management, analytics, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–6 years of experience in client case record data, program reporting, or a similar analytical role.
• Experience with case management information systems (e.g., Credible, Harmony, CT-KIN, ETO, Apricot, SACWIS/CCWIS).
• Strong skills in Excel, SQL or other querying tools, and BI/reporting platforms.
• Experience preparing documentation and data for audits, monitoring visits, or accreditation bodies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into practical guidance for staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee the information system, including user profiles, permissions, data fields, and workflow configurations.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for program managers and external stakeholders.
• Analyze trends in service utilization, performance measures, timeliness, outcomes, and compliance indicators.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for internal management and funders.
• Serve as the primary data lead for accreditations, external audits, state/federal monitoring visits, and grant reporting requirements.
