Job summary

Analytic Solutions Group seeks a Data Analyst to support analytic objectivity and survey processes for IC compliance assessments. You will design, test, and administer surveys, analyze results, and develop tailored briefings for senior management.

The role requires TS/SCI with Polygraph, a BS or MS with substantial relevant experience, and expert use of LimeSurvey, Tableau, Excel, and SPSS. Expect collaboration across platforms while ensuring neutrality and data integrity.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph REQUIRED.
• Typically requires BS degree and 8–12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6–10 years of prior relevant experience.
• Expertise in survey tools and software (e.g., LimeSurvey).
• Expertise with survey data analysis methodologies and tools (e.g., Tableau, Microsoft Excel, IBM SPSS), quantitative methods, and data visualization techniques.
• Experience in providing advisement on intelligence products and processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and administer surveys across platforms.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable survey tools.
• Maintain neutrality, precision, and repeatability of measures; perform cost-benefit analyses of survey tools; protect respondent anonymity.
• Ensure surveys are accessible and accurate by resolving pre-launch issues.
• Manage survey administration and resolve technical issues across platforms during the survey period.
• Consolidate data and perform integrated data analysis of survey results.
• Organize free-text responses and run AI/LLM prompts to confirm human review of comments.
• Develop and present survey findings with appropriate visualizations and stakeholder-ready formats.
• Create briefing materials with aggregate and element-specific data for senior management.
