Job summary

Community Solutions Inc. is seeking an Assistant Director of Internal QA and Training to oversee all training and quality assurance activities for The Learning Institute @ CSI.

The role coordinates workflow, develops curricula, and provides staff supervision and client relation support in Southington, CT. The position focuses on training, Trainer development, and QA, with responsibilities to prepare reports, proposals, and foster new business while maintaining high service quality within CSI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a social science/human services/education field.
• Five years of technical experience facilitating training programs and 2+ years coaching QA.
• Two years of supervisory experience in related field.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills.
• Expertise in adult education methods and QA coaching techniques.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct training and quality assurance activities for all programs.
• Coordinate workflow across the Training Academy and CSI programs.
• Create monthly billing reports and reports for VP/finance.
• Supervise staff development and time/attendance/performance.
• Develop curricula grounded in adult learning theory and research.
